1. Products and Availability
Every item is created and packed with care. Originals are one-of-a-kind and may sell out quickly. Once an original is sold, it will take some time for it to be restocked.
Prints, stickers, and other items will be restocked based on availability.

2. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in INR (₹). Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s payment gateway with Razorpay. Prices may change occasionally, but you’ll always be charged the price shown at the time of purchase.

3. Shipping
Orders are shipped from India. Processing time is usually 5 - 7 business days, and delivery time depends on your location. Once shipped, tracking details will be shared through email.

4. Returns and Exchanges
Because each item is made or packed personally, returns or exchanges are accepted only if the item arrives damaged or incorrect. If this happens, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with your order number and an unboxing video so I know that the product was damaged before unboxing.

5. Mail Club Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your account or by contacting me directly.

6. Copyright and Usage
All artworks, images, and designs on this website are the intellectual property of BrushStroke Alchemy and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without permission.
