Refund policy

Every piece at BrushStroke Alchemy is created and packed with care, and I want you to love what you receive. Because most items are handmade or printed in small batches, I can’t accept general returns or exchanges, but if something arrives damaged or incorrect, I’ll always make it right.


Damaged or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please email me within 7 days of delivery at contact.brushstrokealchemy@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damage or error

  • Unboxing video

Once confirmed, I’ll replace the item or issue a refund


Original Artwork
Originals are one-of-a-kind pieces and cannot be replaced. Sales are final and I do not offer cancellations or refunds once purchased. If an original arrives damaged, I’ll work with you to find the best solution, a repair, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation. 


Prints, Stickers, and Small Items
Sales are final and I do not offer cancellations or refunds once purchased.


Mail Club Subscriptions
Mail Club subscriptions are final and I do not offer cancellations or refunds once a subscription has been purchased.


Refund Timing
If a refund is approved, it’ll be processed to your original payment method within 5 -7 business days.
