Frequently asked questions
1. When will I receive my Mail Club package?
All packages are shipped by the 3rd of every month. Delivery within India usually takes 4–7 business days depending on your location.
2. What happens if I subscribe in the middle of the month?
If you join after the 3rd, your first package will go out with the next month’s dispatch. You’ll still get a full month’s worth of art mail - just starting from the next cycle.
3. Can I cancel or pause my subscription?
Yes! You can cancel anytime before the next billing date. Just reach out via the Contact page or send me a DM on Insta @brushstrokealchemy and I will take care of it for you
4. Do you ship outside India?
Right now, Mail Club is available only within India. International shipping isn’t open yet - but it’s something I’m working on for the future!
